The Summary of The Samaritan Acts and Scenes Act I Scene III Summary Mayor Mossi convenes another meeting a week after his emergency meeting, at the Madingo Golf Club - an exclusive members club - owned by Inspector Bembe, attended by the Inspector and Mr Harvester. Of great concern is The Samaritan crisis which the Mayor says had snowballed into a huge nightmare in a week's time.
