The Summary of The Samaritan Acts and Scenes Act IV Scene I Summary It is late morning on Tuesday at the Jungle Room in the Madingo Golf Club. The pensive Justice Jaden is waiting for Mr. Harvester for a talk. When the latter arrives, Jaden informs him that he is in a mess and needs his help concerning The Samaritan, but Harvester tells him that he himself has been accused in the App of countless crimes that he hasn't committed. Justice Jaden, however, tells him that they should find out a way of helping one another. Justice Jaden informs Mr Harvester that Mayor Mossi has instructed lawyers, acting for the Municipal Council, to file cases against Hon. Ramdaye, Hon. Seymour, Hon. Ted and Hon. Basdeo and that the Mayor wants him to jail the four as soon as legally possible, to derail the vote of no confidence.
